Role 2:  Technical Manager – Stationery

Responsibilities:

My Job is: to deliver the technical process for a specific category or sub-category and to ensure that my products and services consistently meet XXX’s quality, safety legal and ethical standards
· Implementing strategic and operational plans for our products to conform to our policies, standards and specifications; including participation on any relevant workstream projects
4 g' a  W5 C2 h3 B, L7 _4 e( A2 J· Developing our range in the specific category by keeping up to date with product and packaging innovations
8 U/ Q  w5 _  R# T1 A) q· Reviewing supplier and factory compliance to XXX’s technical, ethical and quality standards and ensuring they are trained on these on time
· Participating in buying trip meetings to assess products and factories and to provide technical inputs
& g- K, D3 w. _, R7 v· Reviewing key critical path deadlines and ensuring they are being met
· Leading and coaching my team
· Working on my personal development plan
· Handling Ad-hoc and Special Projects
· Providing support to the team members of Technical Department

Requirements:
# x/ B+ b' G0 i- L% F6 years relevant experiences with at least 3 years as a people manager.
* d& H" _* I- y: k0 R( u! fThorough understanding of manufacturing of the relevant category.
Good knowledge of legal and environmental requirements and customer expectations in the country of sale.
' I2 `* {& V" V/ `% I- F1 SVery good understanding of Ethical Standards in the global retailers' supply chain.
