Responsibilities:

My Job is: to deliver the technical process for a specific category or sub-category and to ensure that my products and services consistently meet XXX’s quality, safety legal and ethical standards
' X  D0 ^/ t' F" }# ~4 Q6 t3 e· Implementing strategic and operational plans for our products to conform to our policies, standards and specifications; including participation on any relevant workstream projects
· Developing our range in the specific category by keeping up to date with product and packaging innovations
4 s* v9 W) |: s5 \. {: J9 ~! \· Reviewing supplier and factory compliance to XXX’s technical, ethical and quality standards and ensuring they are trained on these on time
· Participating in buying trip meetings to assess products and factories and to provide technical inputs
· Reviewing key critical path deadlines and ensuring they are being met
· Leading and coaching my team

Requirements:
6 years relevant experiences with at least 3 years as a people manager.
' |6 R5 c! T) WThorough understanding of manufacturing of the relevant category.
- x: u* h7 y8 L; y0 uGood knowledge of legal and environmental requirements and customer expectations in the country of sale.
Very good understanding of Ethical Standards in the global retailers' supply chain.
