Responsibilities:

My Job is: to deliver the technical process for a specific category or sub-category and to ensure that my products and services consistently meet XXX’s quality, safety legal and ethical standards
· Implementing strategic and operational plans for our products to conform to our policies, standards and specifications; including participation on any relevant workstream projects
8 V8 w- m8 b  \, g, d. q* S· Developing our range in the specific category by keeping up to date with product and packaging innovations
; c, P# g# r* y2 d$ c* i· Reviewing supplier and factory compliance to XXX’s technical, ethical and quality standards and ensuring they are trained on these on time
· Participating in buying trip meetings to assess products and factories and to provide technical inputs
· Reviewing key critical path deadlines and ensuring they are being met
· Leading and coaching my team
· Working on my personal development plan

· Providing support to the team members of Technical Department

Requirements:
2 E* T9 O: |# S, A4 A0 [7 z- h6 years relevant experiences with at least 3 years as a people manager.
3 _7 b( b: l( [, i; e; }+ z% }Thorough understanding of manufacturing of the relevant category.
/ o, e2 o3 t! u. @7 X( y3 _Good knowledge of legal and environmental requirements and customer expectations in the country of sale.
* }! C# B. \0 q5 pVery good understanding of Ethical Standards in the global retailers' supply chain.
