关键工序与特殊工序的定义来源？

大家好！
在企业里，品质部、生产部、技术部针对关键工序和特殊工序都需要重点关照，请问，关键工序和特殊工序的定义来源于哪里？
哪个标准文件、行业规定、大师教材里对它们进行了定义？
. e7 p/ R- c/ ^3 G有些企业并没有区分关键工序和特殊工序，统一称他们为关键工序，或者叫重点工序，反正都是要作为重点监控的工序，只是由于工序特点不同其控制方法和时机会有不同而已。

企业可根据产品特点、过程特点自我定义的。但是一旦定义了，就得考虑按照相关要求去控制的可行性、必要性。
