各位老师：        在审核OHSMS 5.4 工作人员的协商与参与 这个条款的时候，如何实施？总感觉很空洞，或无从下手似的，条款要求的倒挺多，可真正审核起来，不知道怎么审核了。。。
       请老师们指教。

IAF MD 22:2018, International Accreditation Forum, Inc. IAF Mandatory Document Application of ISO/IEC 17021-1 for the Certification of Occupational  health and safety Management System(OH&SMS):
9.4 Conducting Audits
G 9.4.4.2 The audit team shall interview the following personnel:
# A9 h0 C  j3 {( B* pi)        the management with legal responsibility for Occupational Health and Safety,
* \# h  w/ ^: o" x; V9 uii)        employees' representative(s) with responsibility for Occupational Health and Safety,
iii)        personnel responsible for monitoring employees' health, for example, doctors and nurses. Justifications in case of interviews conducted remotely shall be recorded,
( e( I" {; ]) C9 b* _$ Uiv)        managers and permanent and temporary employees.
3 L( W5 N  \. y% T2 NOther personnel that should be considered for interview are:
9 U" d# V) `- ai) managers and employees performing activities related to the prevention of Occupational Health and Safety risks, and
  T& s2 s3 L  m  h0 U) Oii) contractors' management and employees.

审核组应面谈以下人员：
i)负有OHS法律责任的管理者；
ii)负责OHS的员工代表；
iii)负责监视员工健康的人，如医生和护士。远程面谈理由应被记录；

宜面谈其他人员：
i)从事与预防OHS风险相关活动的管理人员和员工,和
