各位老师：        在审核OHSMS 5.4 工作人员的协商与参与 这个条款的时候，如何实施？总感觉很空洞，或无从下手似的，条款要求的倒挺多，可真正审核起来，不知道怎么审核了。。。

IAF MD 22:2018, International Accreditation Forum, Inc. IAF Mandatory Document Application of ISO/IEC 17021-1 for the Certification of Occupational  health and safety Management System(OH&SMS):
4 m/ u) G% |+ X9 y! I; M9 E9.4 Conducting Audits
+ }( r! V% V$ pG 9.4.4.2 The audit team shall interview the following personnel:
3 u- S+ z7 n+ |- T% t: Z8 ui)        the management with legal responsibility for Occupational Health and Safety,
* u1 U1 B, s7 }) H, L* O* qii)        employees' representative(s) with responsibility for Occupational Health and Safety,
5 [$ n4 o7 }) l7 `6 O0 J2 Oiii)        personnel responsible for monitoring employees' health, for example, doctors and nurses. Justifications in case of interviews conducted remotely shall be recorded,
. D* n$ L0 U/ Yiv)        managers and permanent and temporary employees.
Other personnel that should be considered for interview are:
i) managers and employees performing activities related to the prevention of Occupational Health and Safety risks, and
ii) contractors' management and employees.

审核组应面谈以下人员：
4 ?! g% N$ i' {2 f9 t7 `2 Ui)负有OHS法律责任的管理者；
ii)负责OHS的员工代表；
+ e7 [" s0 O$ h  ?8 _3 _iii)负责监视员工健康的人，如医生和护士。远程面谈理由应被记录；
* s" x- s) G. z/ T/ W* T; X/ |iv)管理人员、长期和临时工。
2 N9 q/ P& y' W9 B宜面谈其他人员：
6 v( h2 `& _: Ci)从事与预防OHS风险相关活动的管理人员和员工,和
3 C4 m/ ]$ z# w3 c. bii)承包方的管理者和员工。
